How are the twelve products grouped on this page?
Into three ranges: rolls, sheets and printed paper. Rolls and sheets are plain stock in a color; printed paper is the same stock with your logo, and the bags sit there too.
Can I filter by color here?
Yes. Pick pink, white or brown and the grid narrows to products cut from that paper. Pre-cut sheets and printed paper stay visible because they come in all three.
Which product is the usual first order for a smokehouse?
Pink rolls, 24 in wide. Sheets come next once the crew settles on a cut length.
What is the difference between pre-cut sheets and BBQ smoking sheets?
Pre-cut sheets come in any of the three colors and in sizes down to 12 x 12 in. BBQ smoking sheets are pink only, in the larger cuts a packer brisket needs.
Are the tray liners and steak paper the same stock?
Both are 40 lb butcher paper, cut small. Steak paper comes pink or white for a meat case; tray liners come white or brown for baskets and trays.
Is every product available printed?
The three printed products are set up for it, but any roll or sheet on this page can carry a logo. Say so on the quote and it gets a proof like any printed job.
Do the bags count toward the 1,000 sheet minimum?
Bags are counted like sheets: 1,000 per size and style. They are not combined with sheets to reach the minimum.
Where do I see the sizes for each product?
Each product page has a sizes table with its four typical cuts. The full sizes chart for every product puts them side by side.
Can I search this page by what I wrap?
Yes. Type brisket, sandwich, steak, basket or table and the grid shows the products made for that job.
Is anything missing from this page that you still sell?
No. These twelve products are the whole catalog. A custom size of any of them is still one of these products, cut differently.
