From quote to carton at the door, the timeline for plain and printed butcher paper.
The timeline

How rolls and sheet cartons are packed
Rolls ship standing on end in a double-wall carton with a cap at each end, so the edges do not crush. A few rolls share one carton; larger counts go on a pallet, shrink-wrapped and strapped.
Sheets are stacked flat in cartons with a kraft wrap around the stack. The carton label shows the size, color and count, so a stockroom can read it without opening the box.
Tracking the delivery
The tracking number is emailed the evening the carton leaves, to the address on the quote. It updates at each scan and shows the delivery day a day ahead.
If the tracking stops moving for two business days, email or WhatsApp us with the quote number. We chase it from our side rather than leaving it to you.
If a carton arrives damaged
Photograph the carton before opening it, then the paper inside, and note any damage on the delivery receipt if there is one. Send the photos within 10 days of delivery.
Damaged paper is reprinted or refunded, and you do not need to send it back. The reprints and refunds page lists what is covered and how to report it.
Questions about shipping
Will the carton need a signature?
Not normally. Cartons are left at a business door or a loading dock. Pallet deliveries are booked ahead by phone so someone is there to receive them.
Can you ship to a PO box?
No. Cartons and pallets need a street address. A business, a commissary kitchen or a home address all work.
Does a big order ship as several cartons or a pallet?
A few thousand sheets ship as cartons. Several rolls or a large sheet count go on a pallet and travel by freight, which can add a day. The quote says which.
When does the 2 to 3 day delivery clock start?
The business day after the carton is picked up. The tracking email is sent that evening, and the window counts from the next morning.
Can the delivery go to a different address than the invoice?
Yes. Put the delivery address on the quote request and the billing address on the invoice reply. Caterers often ship to a commissary and bill to an office.
Can one order be split between two locations?
Yes, as long as each location's share still meets the minimum. Tell us the split on the quote and each drop gets its own tracking number.
Is there any charge for delivery to a rural address?
No. Free tracked delivery covers any US address, rural or not, cartons or pallets. A pallet to a residential street may need a liftgate, which we arrange.
Can I collect the order myself instead?
No. Everything ships; there is no pickup counter. Delivery is free and tracked, so nothing is saved by collecting.
What if I need the paper sooner than the timeline?
Say so on the quote and we tell you honestly whether it fits. Plain paper is the quickest path since it skips the proof. We do not promise faster than the stated days.
Can I track the delivery online?
Yes. The tracking number in the email links to the delivery company's page and updates at each scan.
